You can request a refund within seven days of purchasing a lesson or mini-course.
Please get in touch with Carmen within this time frame by emailing info@carmendebono.com.au. Once processed, the total amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Workshops are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule a live workshop, please get in contact at least seven days before the live workshop date by emailing info@carmendebono.com.au.
However, if there are extenuating circumstances, we can discuss your options by emailing info@carmendebono.com.au.
No-shows or missed attendances are not transferable to future live workshops.
If Carmen cancels a live workshop that you have booked due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible before your scheduled live workshop. You will be offered a credit towards a future live workshop, valid for six months.
