Online lessons, programs, subscriptions and workshops are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule a live workshop, please get in contact at least seven days before the live workshop date by clicking here.
However, if there are extenuating circumstances, we can discuss your options.
No-shows or missed attendances are not transferable to future live workshops.
If Carmen cancels a live workshop that you have booked due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible before your scheduled live workshop. You will be offered a credit towards a future live workshop, valid for six months.
