One of the greatest gifts you can give your loved ones is a healthy you! I once heard that you can’t give something away that you don’t have yourself. So, taking time out for yourself is not selfish but rather self-care.

Mental: making good decisions, setting & achieving goals

Spiritual: values, purpose
Take a moment to reflect on these four areas and ask yourself are you doing anything to enrich your well-being? If you answered yes, well done! Why not ask yourself, is there anything that I can incorporate into what I am already doing to take my wellbeing to the next level? If you answered no, thank you for your honesty. Let this moment be an invitation to start working on a well-being plan for yourself. Keep it simple!
